Your own stages, more ways to sign in

Wednesday, October 21, 2026

  • Replies: paste a viewer’s comment, pick the product, and get a draft from your own notes (key facts, saved answers, the fact sheet and your documents). It says so when your notes don’t cover it. Save a good one as an answer.
  • Makado Replies for Safari on the Mac: Draft reply right under a comment on YouTube. Connect it in Profile, Security.
  • Add where each video went live on its project, so a comment there leads back to its products.
  • A cleaner sign in and sign up, nightly backups of everything (with a copy of every file), and two-step codes checked by the database itself.
  • Workspace settings has Stages: rename them, put them in order, pick their colors, turn off the ones you don’t use, and add your own. The board, calendar, filters and every project follow.
  • Sign in with a passkey (Face ID or Touch ID), with Apple, or with your email and a password or a link. Add two-step codes from an authenticator app in Profile, Security.
  • Forgot your password? Ask for a reset email from the sign-in page.
  • On the calendar, each week is as tall as its fullest day, so every project shows while there is room. This week always shows everything.
  • On an iPad in portrait, the calendar sits on top with the day list under it.
  • Even spacing around the whole app on desktop.

Notifications, several brands per project

Tuesday, October 20, 2026

  • A bell at the top shows what needs a look: today’s deadlines, late projects, overdue invoices, contracts waiting for a signature, invites not accepted yet and your plan. Each one links to where you resolve it.
  • A project can be for more than one brand. Its revenue is one total and shows under each brand.
  • Type to add brands and products on a project, and add a new one in place.
  • New projects start as Long form and Short form, and Stage is a dropdown.
  • Contacts for each brand, with notes.
  • Drag projects on your phone: on the board, in the calendar’s week list and in Projects.
  • The side navigation slides to the page you pick, and the saved note fades in and out.
  • Pull down to refresh on phones, and loading screens that show the page’s shape.
